Rosie Wears: Boden Aston Velvet Jumpsuit

For the third of my outfits in collaboration with Boden, I wanted to share a dressier ensemble with you. Party dressing can be something of a dilemma – but it needn’t be. My first rule is to dress for yourself. And myself enjoys jumpsuits, as has been well documented in these parts. Enter the Aston velvet jumpsuit: also known as the Christmas jumpsuit that dreams are made of! Let me tell you why…

Red and velvet don’t get much Christmassier, do they? And in jumpsuit form – heaven. The silk-blend all-in-one is beautifully cut with elegant wide-leg fit, kimono sleeves and nipped in waist. It skims rather than clings and feels great to move in. And the best detail of all? It. Has. Pockets. I say no more! Paired with my staple patent boots and favourite new rose gold cross body bag – the epitome of practical yet pretty – and new-to-me vintage cameo, I feel like the most festive version of me.
